We provide site planning and governmental processing. We assist in site selection, zoning, and sub-division, and site plan approval. We are the lead consultant. AYNESWORTH has done more than 20 right-of-way condemnation cases. We provide complete architectural services in all phases of design and construction. See PROJECTS for examples. Because of our experience in planning, project management, design, construction, litigation and technical problems we are often asked to handle highly complex construction issues on projects designed by others. We design and select all interior materials incorporated into the building. This includes flooring, walls, ceilings, lighting, shelving,, cabinets, and way finding signage. We offer mediation services among owners, contractors, designers. |
